The company is currently operated by Happy Industrial (Hong Kong) Investment Group Corporation which is a well-funded multi-industrial investment company registered and operated in Hong Kong.The group has three subsidiaries involving pharmaceutical sector, namely R & D, manufacture and marketing, as well as international trade of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) respectively.
The Group has established a production base in Shandong, i.e., Shandong Weifang Happy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., focused on bulk drugs and pharmaceutical intermediates. The company has a strong R&D team and professional equipment, with a production plant which has obtained Mexican GMP certification, and completed product registration in many countries and areas.
